READ ENTIRE REVIEW IF YOU WANT THE TRUTH. My experience with this pain management establishment has been nothing short of awful. The ONLY reason I am giving 1 star is because you have to give at least 1 for the review. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Dirty restrooms, unclean rooms and equipment...it is a nightmare. This is not the worst of it. My mother is a patient at this office. She is terminally ill with pancreatic cancer. We were mugged yesterday and the thief got our bags. To top off the loss of our money, personal info, etc...they also stole my mother's pain medication. This is the worst pain clinic I’ve ever been to! My home was burglarized and the safe I kept my pain medication and other meds in was stolen along with jewelry, iPhone and other items. I called the sheriffs department out for investigation and got a police report reflecting everything that was stolen. When I advised the pain clinic what had happened they told me not to bother returning! They were kicking me out! WTH!!!! I had ALL my meds locked up as requested by them but the intruders took the whole safe and I couldn’t help that! I’ve never had any problem with them prior to this and don’t understand why they were so hasty to kick me out. Dr Idrissi and the entire staff including Josh Balsly, have been treating my chronic issues for 4 years now. I have nothing but praise for how they conduct their business and how comfortable they make me feel each and every visit. They are an extremely professional practice and have addressed all of my chronic issues throughout my experience with them. I will continue to visit them for all of my chronic needs and issues and I recommend them highly for any issue chronic or not. I've been going here for many years and they have always tried to do things to help with my chronic pain. I love Dr Grayson Massey, she truly cares for her patients and everyone there is always friendly to me!
