Love that the staff is more than accommodating when it comes to patients nerves, and well-being. They also make it fun. They’re very kind, positive, and truthfully everyone seems to have a great sense of humor. Also, affordable and offer pay plans. I absolutely love this place! Happy it’s so close to home.

Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Scheduling Experience. I am writing to report a profoundly negative experience with the scheduling staff lady at this dental office in Benson, which was referred to me through the VA. As a Veteran, I expect a basic standard of professionalism and respect, which was entirely absent in my interaction with this lady who states she schedules all VA referrals, this is the second time I am mistreated by this same lady. My experience was characterized by: · Rudeness and Sarcasm: The staff member's tone was consistently dismissive and sarcastic, making a simple scheduling conversation unnecessarily hostile. · Not Listening: She repeatedly failed to hear or acknowledge what I was saying, cutting me off and talking over me. · Refusal to Problem-Solve:

Ashely was great she was amazing! And Dr. Boctor was great! She recommends the best! And oh my! Shelby was great when it came to checking in! I 100% recommend you guys to come to this dentist office. The best staff ever!

I called Tuesday for an appointment they called me back , I missed the call. I called them back twice and was put on hold both times about 5 minutes. The Wake Forest office is so unprofessional with just out of class students running the business. With absolutely no professionalism. I will take my toothache to a professional business. The staff switch out so much is weird. One week it’s professional stuff next week it’s little kids. The young African American girl at the front desk need a class on professionalism bad. What happened to professional people…I guess they all disappeared with Covid. And left us with anything!!!!

I received exceptional service from Amber who completed a deep cleaning on a difficult area of my teeth and mouth. She made it as painless as possible and explained options to help me in keeping my teeth clean and healthy. Ashley also assisted Amber in the initial cleaning of my teeth. I had a great experience.
