A 1 star is being generous! I called Dec 4th early afternoon crying telling them my calf that was only 5 days old was dying. She was not nursing and struggling with the bottle. They were so cold and heartless ! I was willing to go to them and with her I don’t care attitude she said they couldn’t see her until the next day. I even said she’ll be DEAD ! Is this not an emergency ? Yep sure is ! Charge for the emergency instead of letting my sweet girl die ! This is not the first time this has happened. I had a lamb 2 years ago that had bloat and they said there was nothing they could do. So I lost her too ! This place is the worst !!!

The team here is amazing! We had to put our dog down today and as hard as it was for us they let us have all the time we needed. They have worked her in for emergency visits prior to today when I needed them. I am so thankful for them and the compassion that have shown during such a difficult time. The keepsake they created will be cherished forever 🐾

This is truly one of the best veterinary offices I have ever been to. We’ve been coming here for about a year now, and time and time again they demonstrate genuine compassion, patience, and understanding. We entrusted them with saying goodbye to one of our dogs, and that experience was handled with the utmost care and dignity. We now bring our puppy here as well. She can be quite enthusiastic with the crying, barking, and jumping, and the staff is always incredibly kind and gracious, even when I leave feeling mortified by her behavior. I see someone else gave the same review I'm about to give. I love love the vets at Hannah Creek! I love the way they take care of my dog and how thorough they are. I started going to Hannah Creek because I've known Matt through the horse world for many years and because the prices are reasonable! I'm on fixed income so I really appreciate the affordable care. BUT, more than once my dog has been very sick and they wouldn't see him. They have offered an appointment a week out? What good is that? I understand being booked and busy, but they definitely need to structure in some time for sick visits. Twice now I've had to pay at least twice as much as I would have to have my dog seen elsewhere. And still not really get the answers I feel I would have gotten with Hannah Creek. I still g
