CVS Pharmacy

Visited for vaccinations and staff was super friendly and informative! The vaccination area was clean and private. Kasey did my vaccines and was really nice and calming. Will definitely be visiting again for future vaccines. Shout out for my unicorn sticker!

I went to the CVS Pharmacy on Highway 210 in Benson, NC to get my vaccines. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The individual who gave me the shots was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered my questions. She was very pleasant to work with. I have been going to CVS for my vaccines for many years because of their excellent service.

While pharmacist was polite she was more concerned with shutting the pharmacy down for lunch than solving an issue that was caused by not returning a voicemail that had been left asking to have a prescription filled that I was out of. They had it filled by mail order rather than transferring and filling when they have it in stock.

Been with them for about a year and they have gotten my scripts right maybe twice. The absolute crappiest pharmacy I have ever used. But the only one in miles.

Lisa helped me today at the 10754 Highway, Benson location. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected of her. She blew all of my expectations out of the water and helped me more than words can express. I have no words other than THANK YOU. Truly, she provided amazing customer service, she got me all the help I required and then some, and got me out in a timely fashion. I cannot express my gratitude enough for what she did.
