My wait time was not very long at all and I had a very positive experience. The office staff was friendly and professional and the doctor listened carefully and asked good questions. In the end it was determined I had been ill long enough and he set up an endoscopy which found I had inflammation in my stomach and duodenum. He gave n me wax treatment plan and I am feeling much better!

My appointment today was scheduled for 11:15am. At 12:30pm I hadn’t been called back, so I asked the receptionist to confirm that my appointment was scheduled for 11:15am, she said yes and she stated she didn’t know when I would be called back, but I was next. They called Two other people so I asked the receptionist’s what happened to me being next, the receptionist laughed, so I just went and sat back down in the lobby.. at 12:50 they took me back and now I’m waiting in the room. It’s 1:06pm now, at 1:15pm, I will have to leave. I would be charged if I don’t show up to my appointment on time, but my time is important. I was asked to be here 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to update insurance information. I’m approaching 2.5 hours and haven’t seen the doctor yet!

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and I paid for the procedure and a week ago after that I had to cancel the procedure due to passing of a family member.now I'm trying to get a refund and they are giving me the run around it's been nearly three weeks and still haven't heard from someone about it.so now I'm going to have to get a hold of theTexas medical board and consumer financial protection Bureau.i can't believe you guys stole from me. I wonder how many other people you have done this to?

His bedside manner is ok, however he performed an upper endoscopy and had an assistant call me back to say I have gastritis but that was it. She didn’t give me any precautions to take or anything else until I come back to him which I feel was odd. Like I would like to have been told what exactly gastritis is and what foods to avoid to not make it worse

I waited 45 minutes in the lobby and another 30 minutes in the exam room, but never actually saw the doctor, I eventually just left. The office is outdated, everything is still done on paper, and it was uncomfortably muggy and humid the entire time. Very disappointing experience.
