My son did speech therapy with Mariah G and Gissell and I can really see the growth. I really want to thank Mariah because she was there for the most of my sons time (1 year). He went from testing at a 9 month old level at 2 years old to testing almost to 2 year old level now at the age of 3. Thank you to Giselle for taking over for Mariah for these past couple of months ago with her fun and bright spirited attitude. I also want to thank both of the ladies for taking time out of their days to travel and help out my child. It really means a lot to me.

Carrie a smith is one of the rudest billing agents. She lies and is very inconsistent in her work. She hung in my face because I called her out on her failing to do her job and get my child’s therapy session pre-authorized. She basically racked up a A substantial bill because she never submitted a valid authorization to my insurance provider which they requested numerous times from her. Which my insurance provider stated she couldn’t charge to us because she failed to do a valid pre authorization as they require every 6 months. She then passed the bill to collections after we had agreed to a payment plan. Stay far away far away from Them. Carrie is the dark spot that makes dealing with them beyond unpleasant.

The staff here is great. They work with the insurance on your behalf and always give you proactive updates on coverage. My 3-year-old daughter has been getting speech therapy services here for 8 months or so now and everyone is telling me how they can actually understand her now.
