Received a cute discount for my meds. Ability to "self pay" if need be. Thank you Awesome PA Roger, Rock Star Reception & Terrific Test Giver for making my uncomfortable situation so much better. Edit on March 3, 2026, after seeing their message on my review - These folks have the audacity to post a generic, auto-generated response here while ignoring my emails for over two weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve heard nothing. It’s clearly all for show. Stay away from this clinic, their physician assistants are rude and lack basic human empathy. Their email is a black box - good luck hearing back from them if you are cheated.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at ZoomCare. I specifically called ahead to ensure my skin condition was appropriate for urgent care and was told Roger Calvert, PA-C, had the expertise to help. However, the visit was a complete waste of time. The receptionist was rude to multiple patients, and the lack of empathy continued in the exam room. Roger Calvert barely looked at me, spending the entire time typing on his computer across the room. When I described my symptoms, he seemed lost and actually started Googling my condition in front of me. To top it off, he eventually told me he doesn't see patients like me because it 'isn't urgent' and that he only considers people with "serious skin conditions akin to cancer". ZoomCare was fantastic: warm, user-friendly, and effective. The doctor was responsive and I walked out of there within fifteen minutes with meds in hand and cared for!! I am super-grateful!! It took an acutely difficult day and really turned things around for me.

I left my appointment in even worse pain than I was in and they charged me $300 for my trouble. Ended up resolving the issue with an at home treatment so my experience here was a total waste of time and money. I guess it's nice if you need help with something and you're in the neighborhood, but I personally will never be coming back.
