GPT Physical Therapy at Broadview

I came to GPT for pelvic floor therapy following pregnancy. The Broadview location is pretty convenient; just off Aurora and parking was always available. Really nice space and the staff are always very friendly. Really appreciate how easy it is to text with them too if you need to change an appointment or are running late. Maddison was very helpful in designing an exercise program that helped build back my strength — PT really helps me stay accountable to myself too! Would definitely recommend this spot!

I’ve tried four different PTs, and GPT at Broadview is the best in town! Lily is super attentive and patient. She prescribes exercises with variations so you never get bored, and she ramps them up gradually so it always feels comfortable. I also appreciate how she explains the rationale behind each exercise, which helps me understand what muscles to focus on. The clinic environment is bright and relaxing, with a lovely courtyard, and everyone here is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I saw Lily at the Broadview location for 3 months to rehab my shoulder. She was awesome, taught me how to strengthen small muscles in my back (that I have never worked in my life!) to stabilize my shoulder, and helped me with overall strengthening for injury prevention. Home exercises are provided in an app with videos and prescribed reps to track. I am now happily pain-free! Bonuses are the office is clean & beautiful with a zen-like inner courtyard, front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, and there is ample dedicated free parking out front. Would def return for any future PT needs.

I’ve been coming to GPT on and off for four years for various injuries and every single person I’ve encountered there has been knowledgeable, helpful, and outstanding at what they do. In every case, they’ve not only helped resolve my issue, but given me the tools I need to avoid re-injury. Most recently I worked with Kelly, and she was great. She was understanding and warm while thoroughly explaining and working with me to fix my issue. I would definitely go to her again. GPT is the best PT clinic in Seattle. I highly recommend it to anyone needing physical therapy.

GPT and Katie are great! I started with Katie at the Greenwood location before this location opened, and followed her to GPT Broadview. She's a health at every size practitioner, she was understanding, empathetic, and validating but also very realistic. My back improved drastically under her care, and I couldn't be happier or more relieved. There can be a long wait to schedule your first appointment... she is worth the wait. Also, get on the waitlist- they are great at communicating and very responsive. Thanks GPT!
