I recently visited Bhakti Ayurveda & Yoga and had one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating sessions of my life with their hot oil full body massage (Abhyanga). From the moment I walked in, the space felt peaceful and welcoming—perfect for unwinding in the heart of Seattle. Tami was incredible! She was incredibly attentive, professional, and intuitive. She took the time to understand what I needed, used warm herbal oils that smelled divine, and applied just the right pressure to melt away all my tension. Tami is very welcoming and warm. I felt comfortable with her the first time I met her. That is important to me especially when receiving body work. The Abhyanga massage and Basti treatment I had was heavenly. Tami was able to hold space and support me in staying focused on my own healing and the present moment.
