Doctor Afoot, Dr. Erik Lilja

Just had Dr. Lilja come by to treat an ingrown toenail. I tried to treat it but it was just too painful to do without any anesthetic. It was so convenient to have him come to the house and he was incredibly skilled and professional. He was also very accommodating with appointment scheduling. As a physician myself I can say that I highly recommend him!

I've been working with Dr Lilja for over a year now first with a nail issue, and most recently with a nerve issue in my foot. I can honestly say, there simply isnt a more compassionate, readily available podiatrist you could fine. He comes to you, always works with your schedule, and actually works hard for you the patient to figure out your issue and get it resolved. I recently had a debilitating problem in my foot and Dr. Lilja actively and aggressively worked with me to solve the problem. This is the way medicine was meant to be! You wont believe how one Doctor can change your opinion of good medicine and compassionate care. Something Seattle needs more of.

Dr. Lilja is responsive and attentive. I appreciated that he had flexibility with scheduling, which is especially helpful for my kid who is a HS athlete. Dr. Lilja is professional and engages well with teenagers. My kid was very happy to have his issue taken care of expeditiously!

Dr. Lilja was amazing. Have never had a doc perform a house call before but the experience was great. He was on time, respectful, easy to communicate with and clearly knew his stuff. He saw me for an ankle injury I had playing soccer but I'd recommend him to anyone with foot related issues. 10/10

It's no wonder Dr. Lilja has so many 5 star reviews. He clearly has a thorough understanding of podiatry, as well as how to develop a viable solution for improvement. At no point did I feel rushed. Dr. Lilja took the necessary time to evaluate my foot/ankle so he could effectively determine the appropriate next steps to take. I look forward to following up with Dr. Lilja and, for the first time in years, I am optimistic about the future of my injury.
