Zhu Orthodontics Dumfries

Dr. Zhu is the most thoughtful and understanding dentist I've had. We've come to him for two of our children and moved out of town, I wish we still had him for our third. He's given us advice and suggestions letting us know how he would approach things as a parent for his own children. He has come in on his own time for true emergencies and helped us. I especially love that with new patients who are children, he has seats right there in the room so that my child knew I was nearby and not as nervous. As he grew and was comfortable with Dr. Zhu he had no problem leaving me in the waiting room. We miss him dearly and wish we could bring our youngest to him as well. I would recommend Dr. Zhu to anyone time and again. He is amazing!

Do not go to Dr Zhu. He will try to force you to get your premolars removed. He pressured me into it even though I told him over and over I didn’t want to and it completely ruined my face and got rid of all my ethnic features and now my lower face look aged and recessed. I wish I went to someone who cared about what I wanted and listened to me, going to dr. Zhu was the worst mistake of my life.

I've been bringing my nephew here for his braces for over a year and I really appreciate the care that's provided at this location. Dr. Zhu jokes with his patients to break the ice and make them feel comfortable durung his exam. Madeline, is one of the techs there. She is amazing. I hope that I'm spelling her name correctly. She always has a smile on her face and explains to the patient what she's doing and how it'll be done. I really appreciate the compassion and care that she provides. I would recommend this office.

Dr Zhu is awesome! His bed side manner is wonderful, His staff are friendly, kind and helpful. We feel very welcome when we come into the office and the kids feel comfortable. Dr Zhu is also very thorough and explains his treatment plans in detail. So glad we found this Orthodontics office
