I had a dental emergency that came up quickly & I was in extreme pain! They got me in the very next morning & the dentist was so caring & understanding. It’s a shame when you can’t afford dental insurance, but they worked with me and I couldn’t be happier with the practice and especially the dentist. Would highly recommend this Dumfries location for the staff & dentist.

The staff at Neibauer are truly amazing. The X-ray technician, Sarah, was incredibly professional and kind. Our hygienist, Marana, was fantastic, she walked us through everything with patience, kindness, and clear explanations. Dr. S was also very caring and sweet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

I had an excellent experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the administrative staff was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The dental assistants were professional, caring, and made me feel completely at ease. The office itself is extremely clean and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care. I also really appreciated the educational video playing in the waiting area—it was informative and a nice touch while I waited. Overall, top-notch service and care from start to finish. Highly recommend!

“I have been going to Neibauer for almost two years now. They have been great and very informative. I get my teeth cleaned there and have had Invisalign for a year now. I was very disappointed with my last appointment at 3 p.m. on 11/7. I typically have Sunny, who deals with my Invisalign, and he is excellent. He usually does all the math for me when I need to change retainers, makes sure I have my next appointment scheduled, and double-checks everything. This time, I had someone else—a female assistant who was not the doctor—and she was very grumpy, almost like I was a nuisance for being there. It all started when I went in with my retainers already out and ready for them to add new attachments or examine them. I got a negative comment: “Assistant – ‘Have you been wearing your trays?’ P

This office is amazing! My hygienist, Mastora, was so kind and gentle while still being very thorough with my cleaning. She made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I also want to give a big shout-out to Sonny, the assistant, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. It’s clear the staff here truly care about their patients and work together to create a welcoming environment. I left feeling well taken care of and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dental office to anyone.
