I made an appointment with Dr. Jones after my employer changed my insurance and I needed to seek a new PCP. I wasn’t quite able to find what I was looking for closer to me, so I decided to take a chance and make the drive. I’m so glad I did - I can’t remember the last doctor's appointment where I left feeling like all my concerns were communicated and we had a concise follow up plan. The appointment was timely, reception was friendly and I found Dr. Jones to be very personable. Definitely a breath of fresh air!

I cannot say enough good things about my initial visit with Dr. Jones. I have an extremely complex health history and she was so warm. understanding, and positive. This is the first time I have felt encouraged by a family medicine doc/PCP for the first time in a VERY long time.

Dr. Jones is knowledgeable, personable, professional and genuinely cares about your well being. Her office manager is also all those things plus helpful and efficient. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this office. I’ve been searching for a practice like this one for a long time. So glad I found it

My experience with Dr Jones has been horrible! I moved to the area in 5/2025 & was looking for a new PCP. Initially I thought Dr Jones was a great candidate but as I’ve had several encounters with her now, that’s not the case. I’ve never seen or heard of a Dr that has your medical history & list of all of my medications on file need to have a “telehealth appointment” with you simply because you ask for refills of your meds to be called in. This is what you call a scam to bill you for yet another appointment (insurance claim as well). I will definitely find another Dr in the area to monitor my health needs. The really sad part is that as a woman of color, I initially felt great about supporting a woman of color also…, also, she seems to be unsure if she wants to focus on medicine or the cos
