I did not have to wait at all and was able to get started with my appointment as soon as I walked in. Everyone was very kind and considerate. The equipment seemed much more high tech than my last dentist. The Dentist was great. She explained how I could ask for a break if I got uncomfortable, and patiently explained everything going on with my teeth, offering follow up options without pushing anything on me. I’m very glad I found this place.

I can’t say enough great things about Dentists of Dumfries. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine respect, professionalism, and care. As a veteran, I’ve received dental care in many settings, and I can honestly say this experience was better than anything I received while in service. Customer service is essential to me, and Jennifer is the best. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. I am genuinely impressed with the service I received at this facility. Everyone is welcoming and service with a smile. Their equipment is advanced; certainly above every equipment I have seen before. Dr. Jailan Khorsheed shows great expertise since the minute you meet her, she is humble, and ensures the patient feels comfortable and taken care of every minute. She was even addressing the dental hygienist with a “please” every time she asked for her assistance. Pretty impressive the quality of human being she is! I am the type of patient that does not like to change specialists once I find the right one, and I am glad I feel just like that with the office, the office staff, and the dentist.

I found them online through medicad and I didn’t have huge expectations because i always imagined medicad offices being like horror stories lol.. but this office ,blew my mind away and walking in I already felt like I’d been going there for years. Staff is so nice and friendly, the doctor when I met her she just looked like I could definitely trust her! She was soft spoken, professional and knowledgeable talking me through everything and answering all my questions without seeming rushed or impatient. Even their pricing was reasonable for things that aren’t covered by my insurance. They made me feel heard, safe and overall very satisfied leaving through the door. I have found my dentist office!!

Cannot be thankful enough for the top-notch service and treatment I received there. Dr. Khorsheed is amazing. She does not leave room for her patient to be wondering what is being done or why. Every step in and during a treament is explained in detail. The entire team is very well trained and very professional. Truly the best.
