Zen with Ben

I am so so happy I found Zen with Ben! He is so intentional and genuinely seeks to understand your body. I’ve had two or three sessions so far and each time he starts by checking in on how my pain points are doing, asking for any feedback, requests, etc. His massages are specific to your needs and progressive in the relief they provide. My first massage felt amazing and before the second I was already feeling more range of motion. & In case you’re a little nervous with it not being a typical spa setting - don’t be! It took me a couple months to make my first appointment with Ben after seeing great reviews because I wasn’t sure how I would feel but his space is spotless, safe, and cozy. The best massage, environment and relief. Thank you Ben!
