Shiela is a skilled and empathetic masseuse. I went to her in pain and left feeling good! She listened to me. In the first few minutes she worked with me to find the pressure I like, and she kept that pressure throughout the massage. She has a wonderful touch. Her pacing is excellent. In only an hour she managed to concentrate on the area of pain and still give attention to my entire body. She is also a sweet and lovely person to meet.

Sheila was excellent. Very professional. Very adaptable to my needs during the massage. She identified my areas of weakness and helped me address.

UPDATE: Sheila has become a staple in our recovery. We’ve book with her consistently and she’s always cordial and willing to help. Very friendly and easy to schedule, even with our tight schedules. We’ve been long standing clients of hers now for quite some time. We feel great after every session and she is still creative in her approach when it comes to techniques. Sheila’s Incredible! So many problem areas I don’t even know where to begin. I’m a runner with lower back issues and then some more. But Sheila is amazing! Multiple masseuse have tried addressing my issues but she’s hitting all the right spots and takes her time. Each session I’m learning new things about my body and getting through some old pain. Can’t wait for our next visit! :)
