Dr. Martin was my PCP for years and I miss him, because I think he is a great doctor and a very fine person. He and his staff were professional and effective. In 2026, Dr. Martin switched to a concierge model with an annual $2,850 fee. That is a lot to pay for a doctor who takes an annual one-month vacation and who, in 2025, closed his office for 3 consecutive months for undisclosed health issues. He has also reduced his hospital affiliations to St. Davids South and a second hospital that Google searches don't indicate is in the Austin area. He's a good choice if you can afford the annual fees and if he's available.

I have been seeing doctor Manuel Martin for couple of years and am extremely grateful for curing migraine. He listens the symptoms patiently, mostly same day appointment available and diagnosis is quick. He explains about medication effects as well and ensure we are fine with it.
