Year One Wellness: Pediatric Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy

I cannot recommend Ariel enough! I truly had no clue what I was doing when it came to installing and using our car seat. She didn’t just install it — she taught us everything. From proper installation and harness adjustments to how to safely get baby in and out, she covered details I didn’t even know mattered. I left feeling completely confident instead of overwhelmed. You can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about keeping babies safe. So worth it for the peace of mind!

We absolutely loved working with Ariel! We started for issues with milk transfer and evolved into meeting milestones with crawling and walking. Ariel was always so kind, helpful and so sweet and caring with our baby! We ended being there for over a year and it was always an appointment we looked forward to! Forever grateful for her and the guidance she gave! Abigail is now walking (fast!) with no issues! :)

I highly recommend Year One Wellness! From the initial phone consultation through to our last session, Ariel’s expertise and empathy was evident. My little one saw improvement after just one session and continued progress after every subsequent session. Sessions were informative and full of valuable takeaways and exercises we could practice at home. Ariel made PT fun and engaging for my child by incorporating play while also assessing his progress and sharing valuable feedback every visit. She is so knowledgeable and great around little ones. Ariel Day was great with my baby. She helped him loosen his sholder and neck muscles. She was very gentle with him, helped him with movements and shown us different movements we could do at home which helped a lot. The followups, the info on their website everything helped and provided more info about my babys health. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try and help yiur baby move better.
