Misdiagnosed me two times then when I call the lady start yelling at me on the phone Absolutely unprofessional, and the worst one I’ve ever been to. They try and push out the door steal your money. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

Seen a blonde nurse practitioner for a sinus infection last Saturday which I informed the nurse practitioner of the medical care I need to get rid of the sinus infection and she proceeded to tell me that I should not be having sinus infections I should take cough syrup and nasal spray 3 times a day and sent me on my way! I didn’t receive the proper care the nurse didn’t listen to what I told her she just kept ranting about why doctors are failing today! I still have the sinus infection almost a week later! Me need we not met the nurse practitioner didn’t listen to anything I told her about the care I needed! I will not be returning that place is a joke

Waiting time is minimal but they never seem to be able to put my insurance in correctly or at all. I almost always get big bills and always have to make calls to fix things.

Solved the issue! Could no longer hear on my right ear due to ear infection. Been using home remedy for a week to soften them but couldn't flush them myself & made things worse. I walked in worried but their nurses were nice & was thorough. My hearing's back!
