Peak Healthcare is the worse thing that has happened to Hartley Hall nursing home, the company doesn't abide by laws or regulations. The director of nursing Amber Sterling is incompetent and unprofessional. She has no integrity and is not qualified for her job. The morale is awful and all the staff are miserable. The good employees suffer due to the poor management and are over worked and taken advantaged of. But whats worst of all is the fact that the residents are suffering tremendously. Please do not put your family members in this place, I wouldn't even refer to this place as a "home." They take all of their assets and even get their belongings stolen. Facility was cleaned with no bad smell. I was very situation when I came to visit my dad.

Worse nursing home on the east coast! My grandmother had a fall she needed stitches in her forehead and the staff didn't know how it happened, I can guarantee someone knows what happened, the place needs to be shut down !

It is always clean. And workers are so friendly and helpful and so caring for the ones who live there

The staff was great and Hartley Hall was very clean and Bright.
