I dont ever leave review, but if this reaches 1 new customer for this man it was more than worth it. Let me tell you about Mr. Harry the fella who owns the place. I cant put into words how grateful I am for this man. Wait times non existent. If your his customer and you go in there and are short on cash or in a jam he will give you the medicine with a handshake promise that you will pay it back. He makes you keep track of what you owe him. One of the best business owners and people I know. I owe the man a pretty penny right now, before I would faulter on paying him back, I would sell everything I own. He has earned my business for life!!! I live in Chincoteague, and while I have a pharmacy less than three minutes away it wasn't in my network for the longest time so I had to look elsewhere. Started with another place for a while but they were constantly out of stock when it comes to one of my medications and the experience itself was uncaring, dismissive, and very 'pay and get out' so I decided to switch to the local 'mom-and-pop' pharmacy. A decision I do not regret in the slightest. The owner and staff there treat you like a friend far more than a just a customer, greeting you by name when you come in and phoning you minutes after receiving the prescription there's an issue with insurance/coverage/stock problems/etc. which saves you a wasted trip, and I have one prescription which requires a prior authorization and they

Absolutely the fastest most proficient pharmacy I've ever been too. They know there customers by name, give you calls if you would like updating you on issues or anything. They have cleaning items, multivitamins, cough syrups, bandaids, all kinds of things in their cute little store. They also offer local delivery & free faxing! I will never be going to a different pharmacy again. I would recommend Pocomoke City Discount Pharmacy 1300 Market St too everyone I know! I drive farther just to go here. By far the best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with, the Pharmacist is very easy to talk to and good at what he does. I would recommend anyone at least try them out, and you will see what I mean by how the personal touch goes a very long way. I know they deliver and offer counseling for any questions, also the staff there is very knowledgeable and and friendly as well. Not to repeat myself give them a try and I would imagine you will switch pharmacies the day you decide to. Thanks Harry and everyone for all that you do to make our community a better place.
