I am extremely happy and grateful. Yesterday, my male kitten had his neuter surgery, and the incision was so small it was almost invisible. There was no redness or swelling at all. I was actually very anxious in the days leading up to the surgery because when my two female kittens were spayed previously, their incisions were large, red, and swollen, and it took nearly a month of very careful aftercare for them to fully recover. Watching them go through that was extremely stressful and painful for me as a pet owner. This time, the experience was completely different. I am truly thankful to the highly skilled veterinarian for performing such a perfect surgery, and I also really appreciate the warm, kind, and professional service from the front desk staff. Our dog Maddie had a paw injury while we were traveling away from home. We were so fortunate that Pocomoke Animal Hospital was able to see her and took great care of her in isolating and treating her injury. The Dr and staff were great and she was all better within a couple days.

My personal experience was awful. I wasn’t even given updates when a very close person offered to help. Seemed like when I didn’t foot the bill they didn’t bother to call. I wouldn’t have posted, but after terminating service, they sent me a letter in the mail a month letter. Like they just can’t wait to have the last word. I feel like they treated me like some deranged lunatic, because I held them accountable and they didn’t even try to make it right. They couldn’t just leave it alone, so I think it’s important I share my side of events. Good luck, Rayne is great and that’s it. Who wouldn’t be mad?!

If you're looking for a place to take your animals to get the best care in town. This is definitely the place to go. Extremely nice staff, friendly helpful.What more can I say.
