Yorktown Pharmacy

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. I spent several dollars there, and they simply didn't bother to help me. They said they would have my medication, but they didn't, and they didn't make any effort to try to get it or solve my problem. They said they would transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, but they didn't, and they simply didn't inform me, leaving me without my medication. They didn't try to resolve my problem at all. Not to mention that the appearance of the pharmacy is terrible; I hope the medications they sell are at least genuine.

My time sensitive script was sent on a Monday. Over the next 2 days the pharmacy told me they didn’t have it at least 3 separate times. Finally Wednesday afternoon after I had spent way too much time calling the pharmacy and doctors office, the pharmacy confirmed they had it and it was ready. When I had called 20 min prior they said they didn’t have it. My doctors office told me they never resent it, so it was the one they sent Monday that the pharmacy just didn’t know they had. To top it off, when I picked it up I saw a cockroach run across the floor towards the back. This place is disorganized and employees don’t seem to care. I would never use them again.

Simply disorganized. Ironically, my medications were always sent to this pharmacy, and I always had headaches dealing with everything (medication prescriptions, lack of medication, lack of information, overcharging). In short, (disorganization, lack of commitment to customers).

Very reasonable prices and I have to pay the lowest here compared to other pharmacies.

Extremely poor service. Forgot to transfer an incredibly important prescription for my wife. Sometimes seem like they don’t know what they are doing. Should be better
