I don’t want to leave a bad review. But communication is always important. People come to health facilities for trauma, problems, serious issues. Please talk to others in a professional manner. A way to help them feel better not irritate or disrespect the clients. As per the other reviews, I’m not the only one who thought the front desk person was rude and disrespectful.

This location doesn’t feel like a pediatrics office at all. The front desk is not friendly or inviting. The space is not designed or welcoming for children. The exam room is not suited for children. I waited 45 minutes for a 10 minute appointment for TWO CHILDREN! I will not return or recommend. This was our first time meeting this provider and she didn’t ask one question about my children or our family. It is clear this is not meant to grow a relationship but just check off a list for paperwork. Extremely dissatisfied.

Extremely Disappointed with Dr. De La Rosa’s Care I had a very negative experience with Dr. De La Rosa during a visit for both of my children. She started the appointment by saying she needed to rush through my son’s checkup because she had spent “too much time” with my daughter — which is unacceptable when you’re dealing with children’s health. Throughout the visit, she seemed more focused on criticizing my son’s height, repeatedly saying he wasn’t growing properly, without offering a clear or supportive explanation. Then, she told my daughter she was too tall, which made both of them feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. This is a horrible doctor. I am a single father with two kids. They always given me the runaround every time when I make an appointment, they always messing up my scheduled time which inconvenience me from work and My Kids health and well-being. Whatever system that is going on needs to be fixed because I am a unhappy father, now I have to find another pediatric care for my two children
