Children's Dental and Orthodontic Associates

My son Amir told me when we got home, the dentist told him to “stop” whe he was crying. My son got an decayed tooth removed today. He’s 8yrs old. Of course he’s gonna cry. So we will not be returning back to this office.

I have been having a terrible experience with the Elkins Park location. 1) Scheduling has been extremely difficult. It's very hard to get anyone on the phone to schedule my child's frequent check-ups for braces (the majority of the time, nobody answers the phone!), they are not friendly, and there is little availability. 2) Communication is poor. There was very little information communicated when the braces were initially put on about what to expect, rules to follow, etc. and the orthodontist didn't even come speak to me as the parent 3) After one check-up (when my child complained about how rough and unfriendly the hygienist was), we had to go back for a re-do after the braces started falling off afterward! 4) Unprofessional and not credible: there was a situation with my other child whe

Please understand that I don’t leave reviews but from my first phone call with Geneva she was so amazing so professional. I just knew this was gonna be a great experience not only for me but my children. I am big on customer service and not just being another patient the staff was so welcoming and informative. Jenn and Amy treated my children like their own. Dr. Scott was also amazing he didn’t make me feel rushed he was awesome. They explained everything to me and made my children very comfortable my son is usually scared of the dentist and he was like mom can we come here more. I am so happy I came here but mad that I didn’t know about this practice sooner. Please bring your children here you won’t regret it I promise you.

We have been at this practice for about two years. All of the dentists and hygienists have been wonderful and have a great way with kids! The dentists and hygienists take time to answer all questions and really make the kids feel at ease. Jen was so amazing with my six year old daughter (let her pick her own show on Disney!) and Dr. Alex really does a great job of explaining things. The office is so clean and kid friendly. It is easy to get an appointment. I can’t say enough great things about this practice!

Mind-Blowing kindness and skill. Very welcoming, and flexible with the little ones who hesitate for these types of things. Plus- top notch treatment. I highly recommend. Birdie can’t wait to see Jen again!!! 🙏
