Penrose Family Dentistry

I did a lot of research after a recent move to Mt Airy area and found Penrose Family Dental. I was looking for someone honest and sufficient. Penrose is the place. Fair pricing, friendly Staff and honest. No crazy unnecessary charges and fantastic work so far. Highly reccommend.

Best dentist experience I've had! Scheduling is extremely easy online and I appreciate that there is no forced small talk during appointments. They also provide dark glasses and blankets on request for comfort. Dr. Hong is great with explaining things and working with you to achieve your dental goals in a realistic way. Very grateful they have helped with my emergency dental needs in addition to everything else that had built up over the last few years. I am in the middle of getting a lot of intensive work done; though sometimes it felt a bit rough, I was overall very comfortable and things seemed clean and well kept. Very professional and friendly without being imposing, no judgment either which I appreciate.

The staff is very nice and professional. The office is clean, my appointment was on time. I was very nervous but Dr. Kong made me feel comfortable. I will definitely refer my family and friends.

Friendly and polite receptionist. Not a. long wait after missing my appointment time, I was still able to come the same day. The assistant was friendly and gentle. Dr Hong was thorough yet finished in a timely manner. Concerns addressed and suggestions provided.
