PA Yisel, has a friendly, attentive & caring bed side manner. She listened to my overall goal, and concerns. And with the response she gave, showed it wasn't just a auto response. But one methodically, thought out with me the pt in mind. I was very pleased with her and the amount of authenticity she bestowed.

I’ve been to Estrella Women’s Health in Goodyear, so this was my first time at this location! The staff was super friendly & helpful! I was able to fill out all of the paperwork online, so that saved time and got me back pretty fast. Yisel was amazing and explained everything she was doing as she completed the exam, which I really liked. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and family! I also prefer this location over the Goodyear one :)

After reading the reviews I was skeptical but delightedly surprised!!! The intake person was very helpful and compassionate. She was very patient and ran off documents for me to check and sign. The nurse very thorough and pleasant. The PA, Yisel, was exceptional and very professional, taking the time to answer my questions, and gave me excellent advice. Yisel was very well informed, easing my concerns, and even ordered all the medications needed calling them in very quickly for my expedient pharmacy pick-up. The gal at outtake was very pleasant and efficient and offered to call me for an additional question. Sh made me feel like a valued patient. The overall experience at Estrella Women’s health was wonderful. Thank you for your excellent overall services.

I went in for a colposcopy. My OB was unable to perform the procedure because he was stuck in surgery. Yisel Carter was open to perform the procedure instead. I was incredibly nervous as I have never had anything like this done before. She took her time and answered every single one of my questions and walked me through the entire procedure step-by-step. She was professional, calm, and extremely caring during the visit. She made a very scary appointment manageable for me and put me at ease. I cannot express how much I appreciated the extra time and care she took during my visit.
