I had a wonderful massage session with Diya and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the start, she was incredibly kind and took the time to really listen to what I needed. She asked thoughtful questions about my concerns and areas of tension, which made me feel truly heard and cared for. What impressed me most was how intentional Diya was throughout the entire massage. She clearly has extensive knowledge of different techniques and was very deliberate in choosing the approaches that would work best for my specific needs. You could tell she wasn’t just going through the motions—every adjustment and technique felt purposeful and tailored to me. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and grateful to have found such a skilled and attentive massage therapist. I highly recommend Diy

Jade was an outstanding CMT. She communicated well and asked directed questions. She listened and more importantly heard me when I explained my issues. She adjusted pressure when asked and demonstrated real expertise in treating me. I will go back and highly recommend her. Very pleasant and nice personality.

I received an EXCELLENT sports massage from John. I arrived late due to unforeseen transportation issues, but John did not express being bothered one bit. He was professional and prompt with the intake process. The massage encompassed just the right amount of stretching, targeting the problem muscle groups I had identified on intake. The amount of pressure was spot-on. The infrared sauna experience was also very relaxing to top off the massage. Very affordable experience that was very much worth its value!

From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed. Both therapists were attentive, skilled, and really listened to our needs. Just had my first deep tissue massage with Athletic Recovery Spa! My husband and I have been traveling this winter, snowboarding and I just got back into the area, in desperate need of a massage. Julz was my massage therapist and she was absolutely AMAZING!! I had bad tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. She knew how to work the kinks and made me feel so relaxed. Adding in heat therapy, it was everything I needed. Will definitely be returning when we get back from our next adventure :)
