Mecham Orthodontics

I found Mecham on Facebook and have been seeing them since 2024. They started with helping me decide the best option for me and were very informative the whole time I was making my decisions and preparing for the treatment plan they created for me. Dr. Mecham and his whole office have been so helpful, kind, patient and communicative. I love that they also text because it’s hard sometimes to fit a phone call into a busy day. They’re flexible and it really feels like their patients matter to them. Definitely recommend!

As a dental professional, I started orthodontic treatment at a different office in the Valley to correct minor tooth rotations. Unfortunately, that experience produced less than a favorable outcome. A colleague suggested I go for a second opinion with Dr. Spencer Mecham and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Mecham, Talissa, and the rest of the team have been exceptional to say the least. Dr. Mecham has listened without judgment, explained everything clearly, and created a plan tailored to correct the previous issues, all while restoring my confidence and faith in the process. Mecham Orthodontics has been absolutely amazing for my 8-year-old’s braces journey! From the very first visit, the staff was so kind, patient, and encouraging, and they made my child feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. Everything was explained clearly, appointments have been efficient and well-organized, and the office is always clean and welcoming. You can truly tell they care about their patients and treat families like they matter. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Mecham and the entire staff. This office runs like a well-oiled machine. Always able to easily booked appointments around my work schedule. I noticed my new smile already becoming everything I hoped for after the 1st 2 months and I’m even going to have braces taken off earlier than expected! Highly recommend!
