I was impressed by my experience here. I called the office on a Monday morning as soon as they opened to inquire about the referral process for my toddler. They offered me an appointment that same morning. We were seen promptly upon arrival. Dr. T was very friendly. He clipped a sample of my daughter's nail, clearly explained what he thought the issue was, and clearly explained the timeline for next steps and possible treatment options. The follow up was promptly scheduled. We were back home in an hour without feeling rushed. This was a breath of fresh air compared to so many of my medical experiences lately. Well done!

Had infection on my middle toe had go griffin stay 2wks roughly dr. Jeffries did great job and check up over time. Then end of the same yr i tore my Achilles they got me right in for surgery the following wk. Come back for check ups but like the staff was nice sometimes but they didnt proceed to fill out my paper work for work to be clear to go back and then had to go for physical test before I go back to work at a walk in clinic. I was still in pain and they ask me did I do any physical training over the recover period I told them no daw Dr beginning of Dec 2023 and just say ill see u after new yrs. The clinic was shock I didn't have no PT cuz they see I was trying by pass the pain but needed to pass so can go back to work. So for a whole recovering process I had to learn to walk and use

Several months ago, I accompanied my boyfriend here for an ingrown toenail removal. The visit felt rushed from the beginning. The physician administered local anesthetic and proceeded with the procedure almost immediately, without allowing adequate time for it to take effect. During the nail removal, my boyfriend experienced extreme pain and was visibly and audibly distressed—yelling, shaking, and attempting to pull away. Despite this, the physician did not pause to reassess anesthesia, acknowledge the reaction, or attempt to improve pain control. According to my boyfriend, the pain was 10/10 and the worst he has ever experienced. Three nails were removed during this visit under these conditions. I went in to have my Keryflex nail removed. This consists of some sort of liquid to dissolve it followed by shaving the Keryflex off. The doctor walked in and cut off my whole toenail with the Keryflex without asking me. I now have no nail left, which will not grow back due to my previously damaged root bed, and I cannot get Keryflex again with my usual provider because I have no nail left. Do not go here! They did the opposite of what I asked and then talked about me outside of the room because I (reasonably) began crying about the situation. They are extremely unprofessional and completely botched a simple Keryflex removal.

I was happy until a few months back. The machine they use to file my nails after cutting caused my nails to crack. I found another podiatrist, Im happy with.
