My son will not be coming back to This place they prescribed him the wrong amount of milliliters of cough medicine 3 times I repeatedly told them he is throwing up after giving him this amount the first time dr Curtis prescribed him zarbys cough medicine 5ml my son is now 15 months the bottle clearly says 2 years old to 12 years old should have 5ml & 2 years and under ask yur doctor so me trusting dr curtis I went ahead and gave him the 5ml he kept throwing up so I made a appointment with a different doctor Mrs. Dunn and explained the situation she was more worried about what my son was wearing that day than explaining why he is throwing up and why dr Curtis prescribed him that much cough medicine me being a first time mom and not knowing exactly why he was throwing it up I asked to switch

So far have had a great experience here with my first child. The office could use updating but what's most important is the care my son receives. The doctors are friendly, answer all of my questions and are so good with my baby. I've never had a bad experience with the receptionists or the nurses - I sign in on the sheet when I come in and take a seat - they acknowledge me when they have a moment to! (I work at a medical practice and understand sometimes you're doing 18 things at once). Overall, very pleased with this practice!

I would like to preface this review by acknowledging that Dr. Curtis is an excellent physician. However, my experiences several months ago with the support staff and another physician in his office have been deeply troubling and potentially dangerous, and I feel compelled to share them. I have waited until now to post this review, as upon reading OTHER reviews, I decided to ensure records were smoothly transferred over to a different office first. Several months ago, I received an urgent call to pick up my two-year-old son from daycare due to a high fever of 102°F. By the time I arrived, his temperature had escalated to 103°F. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please don’t bring your children here. You walk in and are not greeted by any staff. In fact, they keep their heads down or at the screen because glancing over to say “Hello I’ll be right with you” is too inconvenient for them. God forbid you ask for a record release because you realize your infant is better off somewhere with hospitality and they cancel your upcoming appointment before you pick up their records, all without a courtesy call of cancelling even though you requested to keep appointment. No one is personable here and to them you’re just another person walking through the door. Don’t even bother. The outdated interior aesthetic is enough to drive you away. All the previous 1 star reviews, just believe them. Idk how this place has so many clients still. The doctors are ok and every time I get one I finally like, they quit. That should tell you something. You always have to wait. Wait to get acknowledged, wait to be seen even if you have an appointment, wait when you finally make it to the room, wait an outrageous time for paper work to get filled out. It’s so bad. If there’s a holiday on a Monday, they are closed on Friday as well? I’m over it.
