Best Life Hearing Center - Ansonia

I went to Best Life today (before Noon) because I couldn't hear out of one hearing aide. The technician was quick to understand what was wrong (a broken wire) and fixed in a few minutes. I don't remember her name, but she was awesome in solving my problem. Best life is great!!

My husband bought his hearing aids recently from a discount sales office. The hearing aids were not really helping his hearing, so we called Best Life Hearing Center in Ansonia to schedule an appointment with an audiologist. He saw Dr. Morgan Ross, who expertly programmed his hearing aids, and the difference was remarkable. Dr Ross was great, (as was the receptionist). We highly recommend Best Life Hearing Center, and intend to continue working with them for the foreseeable future!

Great experience. Heather is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lori is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with my new hearing aids. Her expertise and helpful nature truly made a difference. I highly recommend Best Life hearing center to anyone needing hearing services.

I called & got a same day appt since my hearing aid was damaged. The tech was very knowledgeable & helpful. She was able to arrange for me to still use the hearing aids while waiting for a part replacement.

Ms. Ross is the absolutely best even she can sign language for better communication also explained for us. She's a life saver for him also he's a much happier than other hearing center place. Thank you, Ms. Ross, for give my husband feel comfortable and enjoy himself with new hearing aid.
