Yale New Haven Health Uncasville Medical Center at Mohegan Sun

My experience was fine at the walk-in. Moved there for my primary care and it seems to be ok but uncomfortably quiet. I suggest some type of music be played in the waiting area’s so the people waiting in the waiting room can’t hear phone calls being taken at the front desk for HIPAA reasons.

I just wanted to reach out today just to say I went in today for a check up and they’re really good people here this is my second time I’ve been here . very professional. Just wanna thank them so much. Very friendly staff very professional. Thank you Frank L.

Nurses in that place tell you oh we are closing for lunch and it's weird it is a clinic so people can go in check out never gave I went to a clinic an said we are closing for lunch I will never go there service is not even nice they are not Nurses it's crazy

This is the 2nd time that we have used the Walk in clinic and I have have nothing but good things to say about it. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the doctors have been very knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend this clinic over many others in the Norwich are.

They were wonderful! From the easy check in on the phone, to the friendly staff at the front desk. To the kindest Drs. In the back , they listened they made you feel Comfortable and just did a awesome job.
