CVS Pharmacy

This pharmacy staff is by far the BEST CVS Pharmacy staff I've come across. They are quick, fair, knowledgeable, and kind. I feel like they all go above and beyond with smiles on their faces. I recently came in on July 4th and was able (as a walk-in) to get my Shingles vaccine without an appointment. It was a holiday, and they could've told me no, but they consistently go above and beyond.

I just wanted to let you know how helpful the cashier at the front of the store was to me. I’m sorry, I don’t know her name, it was at approximately 230. First, she walked me to where the dog shampoo was then I had trouble with the self check out and she helped me and then I forgot my change and she ran outside to give me my change. She was smiling the whole time and very nice!!

NEVER HAD ONE POSITIVE EXPERIENCE HERE. Customer service is the absolute worst. The minimum wait any given day is 20+ minutes. They can never find your prescription (even after they send you a text that they received it). There is always an issue with a prescription. Arrived at the drive thru 30 minutes before they closed, waited the entire time without any communication from them, just to get to the window to find out they closed for lunch 2 minutes earlier. They never communicated with you that the prescription is ready or if there is any issue with a prescription. Anytime I interact with anyone there they are rude.

I had surgery the other day and my pain medication was faxed to CVS before I was out of recovery. I called a few hours later to see if they had the prescription and could fill it. It was already ready for me just waiting to be picked up. I’ve actually been with WalGreens for the last year because they’re close to my new home, but I plan to switch back to CVS probably tomorrow too much hassle with WalGreens CVS always has it ready no problems

Drive tHru is endless and SUPER ENDLESSLY SLOW. I went for ten days in a row, only to have to leave. I'm sure they are struggling with staffing issues.. it's just frustrating.
