Everyone in the office is so nice! Dr Jay has the best attitude and personality of any Dr hands down! He takes the time to listen and he explains everything to you in detail where you can understand. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed! Ann is the best when it comes to helping you pick out new glasses and making sure they fit like they are supposed to. Super helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend this office to anyone! A+service!

Dr Gail Gordon has been our family eye doctor for many years! I appreciate the friendliness of her staff when we walk in the door whether it be for an appointment or unscheduled to have our eye glasses adjusted. We are met with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. Dr. Gail is very attentive and speaks directly with my daughter about her eye health to understand from her perspective and educates her and explains everything in means she can understand! They truly are a practice for the whole family!

ATTENTION : I have been a loyal customer to yadkin vision center for 30 years until now. I had my eye exam and wanted to get glasses and contacts. I first tried in the contacts the same day as my eye exam. I immediately expressed that my vision was too blurry through them and I couldn't see. I felt that the prescription was too strong. I continued to wear my old glasses until my new ones come in being that I couldn't see through the contacts with the new prescription. Weeks later my glasses arrived and low and behold I couldn't see out of them either. They were too strong as well, I could barely walk I felt so dizzy. I expressed my concerns over and over and was told that my eyes just needed to adjust. I couldn't see to drive with them, I could wear them at work, I just couldn't get used

Our children see Dr. Gail and love visiting with her. She takes time with each of our three and listens to every question asked (and there’s a lot). Dr. Gail explained to our children their vision issues in terms they understood. This makes our son happy that he can explain his issues to others. That made him at ease and happy to wear his glasses. The practice is patient with me as I try to make appointments for 3 kids at the same time. I am thankful Yadkin Vision Center works with my kids and their needs.

Great experience! The staff are very friendly and Dr. Jay is great… great personality and bedside manner… took the time to ask me if I had any questions and answered me without me feeling rushed.. he is very “down to earth” and explained things to me in simple terms. The office is immaculately clean… just an overall great experience.. would definitely recommend!
