Love Dr Holt! He's the only one I trust with my fur baby! If the review was for just him it would be a 5 🌟 but the office staff has a bit of an issue with communication. Both between each other and with patient parents. Just my 2 cents...

I called today was put on hold for 10 minutes after that long was put line began ringing and disconnected after 10 more rings. I called back they answered ask for appointment on Thursday or Friday I was very rudely told nothing avaliable rest of the week. I informed themI was put on hold that long and was cut off by them she was so obnoxious and said sorry we are short staffed only 3 people showed up for work here today. We can't help you plus the vets on vacation. I have been to this vet many times spent thousand of dollars here after this I will not be going back ever. If employee does not like their job they should not take it out on the customers. I have found a local vet happy to accept my business. Hands down the best vet we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Dr. Holt and his team have saved us thousands of dollars in veterinary care over the years, and not to mention saved the lives of at least 3 of our pets in emergency care. The staff are amazing with gentle and friendly care provided with every single phone call and visit. I know we will never find this attention anywhere else.

I have an appointment today for my horses. I've never been there before so I was asking questions about parking and where to bring them or if I should tie them to the trailer and wait. Vets usually come to me, so I did not know this information. The receptionist was SO RUDE! Spoke to me like I was stupid asking those questions and then instead of saying "See you then", "Thanks for calling", or "Good bye", I got an "Uh-Huh" and she hung up. How terribly rude. I will update this when I return later this afternoon. UPDATE: Appointment went well. Dr' Holt and his vet tech are really great people. Waited 45 minutes outside, but I think there was a dog emergency as I saw one be carried in, and it gave the boys time to calm themselves from the drive over. Dr Holt is a great vet and has taken care of all my animals dogs and horses he was wonderful with my Greatdane who had a stroke and years later when it was time to let her go he came to my home you can't asked for anything more
