The entire staff is terrific--very caring and attentive. Debbie and Jennifer at the front desk are so friendly and efficient. Dr. Sechrist is very kind, gentle, and thorough with all our dogs. The vet techs are super sweet and knowledgeable and clearly love animals. We couldn't be happier with our choice of vets.

I’ve been going here for a while since leaving my last vet which always made my German Shepherd’s health problems worse on him and myself. The staff is very friendly, respectful and accommodating. Customer service is great and nice to see in today’s time. My GSD has allergy issues and this vet has been able to address those and give my dog relief that he hasn’t had for a very long time. HUGE shoutout to Kodie! She’s the best!!

The two ladies that work the front desk are the bomb! They answer phones, take messages, check in and out customers, take payment and all with a smile. They must deal with a lot when working with pet parents that get upset and scared when there’s not an opening when needed or they can’t answer the question because they are not a vet! It takes very special folks to work with the public esp parents! Thanks for all you two do♥️

Wasn't too pleased with this visit. This place use to care more about your pet than the money but that's no longer the case. So I will go closer to home.

I had a kitty get very sick, very suddenly. I was able to get an appointment to bring her in immediately, and because of respiratory and breathing issues, Dr. Sechrist saw her immediately and bumped his scheduled surgeries to perform an emergency procedure on my pet, which helped her breathing. Several appointments of trying medication, discussing options and treatment plans, and referrals out for potential kitty chemo, eventually a decision was made, with Dr. Sechrist's guidance and thorough descriptions of all options available, we had to say goodbye. So painful, but even that experience was made easier to deal with, with the compassion of this doctor and his staff. So all in all, I was impressed with the service, care, and kindness throughout those difficult weeks.
