This is the best pharmacy around in yadkin county. They got your medicine ready. They call you when it's ready and they check out your medication. If you have an allergy to any medicines or in the family they automatically let you know and contact the doctor. You do not have to wait long for your medicine because it's already bagged and ready to go

Cvs is cheaper, they have longer hours, and they are open on weekends if you don't mind the fact you'll never talk to a living person on the phone. I support local businesses but there's nothing competitive about it. Pricing hours or convenience. Cvs is literally walking distance away.

I had originally posted a five-star review for D-Rex Pharmacy because I generally like to stay local. I thought at first they were a very good pharmacy, but after some time, I found different. I had multiple occasions to where they wanted to step between me and my doctor. I don't go to a pharmacy to get medical care, I go like everyone else for them to fill what my doctor has ordered. This might be a good place to do business if not for the owner. I was told a couple of different times that they would actually do and fill what my doctor ordered and when, but for the owner and the policy she set. I understand that if a pharmacist sees something that might interfere with something else you are taking to bring that to your attention. What I can't see is calling your doctor, who is very
