I highly recommend this urgent care. Dr. Germain is very caring and shows extreme compassion. I have never experienced this from any other urgent care or even a doctor. He gives his personal cell number if you are in need of his care after hours. In my case, I was so thankful for that. Each day I received a follow up call from Dr. Germain or his secretary regarding my recovery. Thank you so much Dr. Germain!

To the person who complained about the time she waited: Do you want medical service fast OR do you want it good. Good medical attention is hard to come by. Only people with good ethic would understand. Hope you're not in the "medical field" too long since it doesn't sound like you give patients the time they deserve. Also, did you have an app't or were you a walk in? Hmmm, so entitled. Also, read the other reviews. You must feel so lonely. Dr Germain is not flipping burgers, sweetie.

This was my second time visiting. Both times Dr. Germain listened and got me the care I needed. He is great he really cares about your well being. I had gone to the Er at WCCH 2 days prior to visiting Dr. Germain the Dr at the er treated me like I was stupid and just had a cold when I told him I couldn't swallow at all. 2 days later I came to urgent care and was confirmed with strep throat. He was great not only for me but advised my husband and I how to hopefully keep our 1 year old from catching it. He is a great attribute to the community!

The doctor is a very nice man, but I think it's time for him to retire. I walked in with me and my five-year-old daughter because she was sick with a cough and a runny nose and needed a doctor's note to return to school. After saying many times how beautiful my daughter was, he diagnosed her with strep throat which she didn't have. I got a second opinion and it turns out she had RSV. Not to mention he had a dog laying in the doctor's office. Not a very good experience I would much rather go to the Urgent Care in Batavia

Had a bug bite that infected. My own physician was out of town and I didn't want the expense of the ER. Was recommended by several friends to see Dr. Germain. No wait no fuss. The receptionist, Veronica, was great. Dr Germain efficiently and professionally handled my problem and followed up with a call the next day. I surgically had to have it removed as it was more like a boil. The lab determined it was a staphylococcus infection. He prescribed antibiotics and gave me thorough advice on what to do. They just could not have made it more easy. And the office is beautiful. Thank you to Dr Germain and his staff.
