Body Wisdom Massage and Yoga Studio

I've had a couple sessions by Karen and I've walked away feeling so much more balanced and relieved every time! The most recent was a hot stone massage and it really helped my tension in my back and soreness along my legs. Plus, it just helped clear my mental state which is not something a lot of therapists can achieve. I've had a body scrub and a tui-na massage as well. Highly recommend.

Karen is great, she always listens to what your issue is and how it affects your whole body. Her training in Tui-na has helped me keep my body healthy and moving.
