Spoke to lady by the name of Joey and she was rude as heck and said my kidney stone they couldn’t treat because I didn’t have the right insurance they took! When I told her my parents and family would cover the costs she literally hung up never again!

Staff is rude. Doctor isn't at office. 30 plus min behind. No patient notification. Was sent a nasty letter in mail, patient was in hospital and nursing home during what would have been a 3 month follow up. Cathy was unable and not willing to work with us for a morning appointment. In take "nurse" was extremely rude and cut care taker and patient off. If you have other options, go there. We will be moving services.

Been going here for years, great staff, never had an issue. :)
