Wright Dental Center - Cold Spring Office

We went for a consultation. Stephanie was very nice as well as the ladies at the front desk. I had to get checked by Dr. Wright and he was very nice too. Everyone has great personalities. I felt no pressure to sign up or do anything IMMEDIATELY. Very understanding and informative!!

I called for a consultation appointment and stated that I was interested in a new upper denture and a tooth-supported over denture for the lower plate. I clearly defined how a tooth-supported over denture differed from an implant-supported over denture. The customer service representative who was helping me put me on hold so that she could ask someone if they actually did make a lower denture that was tooth-supported instead of implant-supported. When she returned to the phone, she said that they do make those. I proceeded to make an appointment for a consultation and attended it today. The dental assistant clarified my reason for being there and told me the dentist would be with me shortly. Every single one of the staff that I came in contact with was knowledgeable and willing to explain if I had questions. The hygienists were absolute pro’s at their job and the dentist did a great job too. I have never had a hygienist clean my teeth as thorough as she did. I highly recommend this group.

I do not like going to the dentist because of traumas in the past. It had been about 5 years since my last appointment and my dentist retired so I looked for a new one. I read the reviews about Wright Dental and was happy with what I read on people who also felt insecure. However, my experience was the opposite. My dental hygenist was great, I can't remember her name as it's taken be over a year to get the courage to write this review as it's embarrassing. When I made the appointment I told them it had been about 5 years. I still keep good dental hygiene but I knew I had a cavity forming which was confirmed by the dental hygenist. Wright dentistry is an amazing dental office. The staff is welcoming, kind, patient and knowledgeable. I've had the honor to be serviced by Colleen on several occasions after receiving my implants. Colleen always make me feel special and appreciated. Colleen is a top notch employee in my opinion. I look forward to seeing her during my routine visits. I have shared my experience that I have received from Wright dentistry with my family and friends. I would recommend this practice to anyone that need a good dentist in Kentucky.
