Bluegrass Urgent Care

This is the best urgent care in the area. Trust me when I say, I am not the easiest person to please. I value my time, speed and efficiency which I am sure many people can agree with me when I say... The medical industry is lacking. HOWEVER, I have been coming to this urgent care since college. They are always very fast, super understanding and Rosemary is one of the nicest humans I've met! I am someone who has a crazy life and very limited time for anything outside of work, and the team here always does everything in their power to accommodate my needs and help keep me healthy!!!

I go here just about every time I get sick. It's different then when I first went. There is one nurse that works in there now. She is very friendly. The doctors aren't in this office so my only complaint is you don't see them face to face. Cold Spring location. She does a face time visit. But seriously, you go in, I know I need this or that and they give me what I need. For whatever reason it is difficult at places to get medicine as simple as antibiotics. It's frustrating going to doctors, paying, then they don't treat you with anything. When I know my body and go there simply for a prescription. So, please do your job. Here they do that and treat me. So thank you. I will continue coming for sure!!!! And most don't go there anymore so it's less than an hour I'm there. I hon

I absolutely love Bluegrass Urgent Care. I don't have enough adjectives to describe Doc So. I trust this doctor with my life. I have been seeing him since he opened the practice. I will travel 40 minutes to see him. He cares and treats you like family. Thank you Doctor So for always being there for the communities..

I brought my husband here for severe nausea and vomiting, and the staff took excellent care of him. We were seen within 15 minutes, they treated him quickly and with kindness, and he was feeling significantly better when we left. The staff made sure he was comfortable and genuinely cared about helping him to feel better. We are thoroughly satisfied with our visit.

Monday July 7 at 3:10 pm. Tried the doors but it was locked. Sign says they are open from 10 am to 6 pm. Not very thrilled
