Coldspring Transitional Care Center

My grandpa stayed at Coldspring Transitional Care, and we were very pleased with his experience. The staff provided great care and were always attentive and caring with him. They made sure he was comfortable and treated him with kindness and respect. The therapy team was excellent and really helped him during his stay. Our family is very grateful for the support and care he received.

My dad has received outstanding care! The nurses, aides and staff genuinely care about him and his well being. Having to put your loved one in a facility is never easy, but having him cared for here has made it easier for us to accept.

My mother in law cannot answer her phone. When we call in the afternoon, the nurses are never at their station to ask if they can put her phone in n her reach. The front desk is no help. How does someone check on a loved one there? There’s no contact information. Just the front desk number. This is totally unacceptable. We don’t call every day so it’s not a hassle to them. My step father-in-law comes nearly every day but he’s 88. He’s exhausted. We live in Florida and not much help. My mother-in-law is 92, her room is at the end of the hallway. Whenever we do visit in the afternoon, the staff do not seem busy, sitting on their phones which is why we call between 1-3 pm. It’s frustrating that we can’t get information on her health updates.

It is a nice, new facility that has very friendly people working there. Everything is clean inside. The front entrance is large, covered, and quite easily accessible, which is great if your loved one who is a client there needs wheelchair accessible transportation.
