World Of Smiles

I have taken my kids here for 2 years we had a great experience. Up until recently. I do not like the fact you have to text them to make an appointment… i was trying to make my son an appointment a few weeks ago & they told me insurance was not active… when I called insurance they said it must me a mistake on their system end and they could call to verify. When I texted kids world of smiles not once but FIVE times over a week time span to see if they could call healthy smiles to verify they rudely left me on read for a week. No reply. So if you’re looking for a reliable dentist this is not the place to go.

For a year we have been trying to get my Daughter seen by the dentist. They are the only ones closest to me to take our insurance. We've had 3 appointments with them since November 2023. They just texted and cancelled tomorrow's appointment. This is ridiculous. They don't take phone calls. They only do business by text. We made this last appointment in April. Now we have to wait another two weeks to hear back from them for another appointment. I need dental work too and was thinking about using them . I just want to know why we can't get in . It's frustrating when they keep cancelling for a year. Her other appointment's went great. Just for the past year we can't get in to get treated

Absolutely Love This Place! The dentist is AMAZING and understands dental phobias. She is very patient and explains everything she’s doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This place is amazing! I was super nervous getting work done here because it appeared as a kids only place and I needed A TON of fillings! Not only were Dr. G and Jen amazing but the dental work speaks for itself! I couldn't be happier. I'm a dental assistant myself and I've worked for many 'well known' dentists and Dr. G puts them to shame! What most dentists do in 4 visits KWOS is doing in 2. Plus the doctor is super lighthanded, gentle, kind and uses little anesthetic which is good for me bc my body doesn't need much. I recommend this place to anyone! Amazing work 👏🏼👏🏼

Absolutely love this dentist! We were out of town and my son had an emergency and they took us in last min and fixed him up. They made him feel so comfortable and even had him laughing during his visit. Thank you to the ladies here who made my son’s emergency a great experience.
