Such dedicated service! I’m an out-of-state caregiver for my Mom age 91 in Assisted Living facility. Mom’s Oticon hearing aid broke on a Sunday and needed repair. Frantic, I called Healthy Hearing & Balance as soon as they opened that Monday morning. Caroline assured me that once dropped off they would call me with status. Well, within an hour - Caroline called me back to inform me they indeed had been repaired & cleaned! I am truly amazed at the exceptional service of your facility - especially Caroline who explained your process and delivered expeditiously! Very warm and caring atmosphere by all staff. Dr Dolan is excellent. She explained my hearing test, results plus selection and fitting of my hearing aids fully and answered all of my questions.

Elizabeth is friendly, thorough and patient. She has helped me out with issues many times. She's the best! The girls out front and the technician are friendly and very, very helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile!
