My impression of Dr. Harbin can be expressed in just a couple of words, but very important ones: 1. Transparency about the conditions and the options 2. Care and friendliness. I hope I will never need Dr. Harbin's help in the future but if I do, he will be my first choice.
This is a very busy practice, but when I had an emergent situation, Dr Harbin found a way to get me in. I also found that he brought a lot of wisdom to the situation and did not just react. I appreciated the thoughtful services. In terms of getting in and the practice itself I found the online forms to be easy to fill out and was able to get all my documentation done in under 10 minutes.
Very through doctor. Clearly explained what was happening with the cancer on my kidney, and then offered three alternatives to deal with it. I chose surgery, and I believe Dr Harbin concurred with my decision. It was a productive session, and while I don’t look forward to surgery, I felt it was the best alternative for me.
We were very impressed with Dr. Harbin.An expert in his field who took the time to answer our questions and address any concerns. We are excited to move forward on the surgery with him as our surgeon and have full confidence in abilities.
Dr. Harbin and the entire staff that I encountered at Chesapeake Urology were absolutely superb! I had an incidental finding of a mass on my right kidney during an MRI for my back. My doctor recommended a CT scan which I had on a Friday morning. That afternoon after 4 pm my doctor referred me to Chesapeake Urology. Several offices were closed, but not this one and they scheduled me an appointment for the following Monday morning. I met with Dr. Levin who was just as nice as he could be. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He then took me to the surgical scheduler, Jenna. She got me set up with an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Harbin, the surgeon, and scheduled my surgery for the end of September. She indicated if they had a cancellation, my surgery would
