I want to sincerely thank Helen Reidler, PA, for the excellent care she provided me. During a stressful moment in my recovery, she took the time to carefully assess the situation, address the issue, and reassure me with clear explanations. Her calm, professional approach immediately put me at ease. Helen was thorough, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable. She not only resolved the problem but made sure I understood what was happening and what to expect going forward. That level of attention and care truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for her help and would highly recommend her to anyone needing urologic care.

Chesapeake Urology has exceeded my expectations in regards to my visit yesterday. Fast check in, kind and nice receptionist, and was called back within five minutes. Helene was caring and knowledgeable and spoke to me so that I understood the process. She was reassuring and I’ll see her in six months. I feel comfortable under her care.

Helen and those who interacted with me were professional...they listened well. I cannot endorse the systems for early registration and records. Communication between humans is better than technology that wastes time and gets it wrong.

Helen is always welcoming, knowledgeable and patient oriented. Although we have been told by my husbands employer we will be changing health coverage putting my prescription in jeopardy she was quick to make several suggestions as well as calling for a refill to see if we could get the drug before the new plan takes affect. Helen has such a pleasing personality - it is a pleasure to see her.
