Woods Pharmacy (East)

Since it's changed to Evans, the service has been terrible. A tech I keep experiencing is very lazy. If a script isn't fillable, they won't tell you what's going on. You find out after a month of it not being filled, after multiple calls. They promised texts and such, but apparently that doesn't work properly either. On pills you actually need everyday, you would think there would be better communication. Either they are poorly staffed or have bad communication or something is going on. Have never seen it so unorganized. I just don't trust them anymore.

I called in 2 prescription refills by automated phone. Said both refills would be ready by 9 a.m. I got home just to see that I got a prescription that I did not even call for a refill. I went thru the drive up and the young man said it would be ready if I would come back in 30 minutes! So much for the automated phone line! Just seems that the young fella that works in the pharmacy does not care whether he is there or not. He never moves faster than a turtle"s pace. Avoids helping customers if there is someone else there to jump in to help! Woods needs to pay attention to their slacking employees.

I love the pharmacists and the associates that work in the pharmacy. They are always helpful, friendly, and prompt. I never have to wait more than twenty minutes for my scripts and they know me by name. I would recommend them every time.

Never been to a pharmacy is it was so pleasant to go to they really are interested in your well-being and health suggest us to anybody who really cares about their well-being

Ordered meds. Went to pick them up the next day. They weren't ready. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive thru. They were accurate.
