I have numerous opportunities to cross paths with Dr. Burns and Ted in Sedalia even before my mother- in-law was a patient. They are caring and respectful in speech and actions with my 89- years young mother-in-law. They took care of warranty work of a device they did not sell before she was a patient. Now that she is a patient we see the same care and heart. So grateful and thankful they are here!

Everyone was courteous as well as business wise. The Dr was very thorough and helpful. Explained my problem and gave me solutions and what each would do. I left there satisfied with a followup solution.

Very Friendly and Helpful Explained everything to you before they start. After your done with your hearing test Dr Burns takes you into her office and explains your test to you in words you can understand. I will be going back.
